Companies now hire marketers who can automate growth. Learn to build the machine in six weeks.

Ivanooo Growth Engineering is taught live by Firoz Azees, on a real business. The machine finds what your buyers want, writes your posts, pages and ads in your voice, checks them, and shows you what's working. It grows the business, and building it makes you the marketer companies want to hire. If the company is yours, it grows yours.

Taught by Firoz Azees

A growth marketer across twelve companies, two of them Y Combinator startups, in Silicon Valley, Singapore, London and Dubai. Y Combinator is the Silicon Valley programme that backed Airbnb, Stripe, Dropbox, Reddit, Coinbase and DoorDash. Numbers he moved: $1.5M in sales in 3 months at Awok (Dubai, top-3 UAE e-commerce); customer acquisition cost $85 to $33 at Pathrise (Y Combinator); trial sign-ups +150% at Motion (Y Combinator); cost per acquisition $1,500 to $500 at Ezra (USA); organic leads 400 to 1,000 a month at a Dubai training company; 500% ROAS at Just-wears (London); 100,000 app installs at A$3.50 for Fitafy; 2,500 leads at $25 each for fam Properties (Dubai); cost per acquisition $25 to $15 at Medisouq; online sales +30% at Canadian Pizza (Singapore); cost per sign-up $35 to $12 at Ivanooo; topical authority in organic search for Qportal (Abu Dhabi, Hub71). At Pathrise, Facebook and Google ads cost $35 per acquisition and wouldn't scale; he added TikTok and influencers, cost fell to $22 and the channel scaled 10×. At Motion he brought in a TikTok and influencer mix and trials cost 50% less than on the other paid channels. His tools: Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn ads, GA4, Tag Manager, Mixpanel, Hotjar, Ahrefs, Semrush, Webflow, Lovable, Shopify, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Lemlist, Apollo, and on the AI side Claude, Claude Code, Lovable and Supabase, and the research, content and outreach agents he built. MBA, James Cook University, Singapore. Certified in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint and Google Digital Garage. Published in Teach Middle East (2018) and Today's Manager (2012). He runs his own company, Ivanooo, on the system you'll build. Three students of a digital marketing course he taught in Dubai recorded short videos about his teaching.

Most marketers use AI. Few can build with it.

86% of marketers already use AI (HubSpot, 2026). 45 of 60 live marketing job posts asked for people who can build AI workflows and agents (MarTech, September 2026). Job posts that ask for AI skills pay 28% more (Lightcast, 2025).

Everyone uses the same AI, so everyone sounds the same.

When the machines that decide what buyers see can't tell you apart, you lose the traffic, the recommendations and the leads. A typical AI tool can't fix that, because it is the same tool your competitors use. In a Wharton study (Nature Human Behaviour, 2025), 94% of ideas from people using ChatGPT overlapped.

A growth machine that grows its own growth

  1. It makes your business readable by AI agents (Growth Graph): one entity with the same facts everywhere, a typed map of what you offer, who you serve and what you can prove, your voice from your own writing, schema, llms.txt and a check that an agent can act on your pages.
  2. It finds where the growth is (demand and opportunity): a demand engine on Google autocomplete and Search Console, a monthly sweep of about 2,600 searches, an opportunity engine that sizes every topic by demand, value and winnability, nightly discovery of 12 to 20 ideas, and a Content Graph with a writing queue.
  3. It makes you impossible to confuse with anyone else (Distinctiveness): eight dimensions measured against the machine's average and your category's, four forces (findability, placement, contribution, distinctiveness), a contribution check that blocks pages that say nothing new, and every social post written 5 to 10 ways.
  4. It works every channel with the best current practice built in: search and AI answers, articles, social, email outreach, paid ads, PR and placement, and website copy.
  5. You stay in charge (Direction): four levels set by what is at stake, about three real questions a week, and nothing publishes, sends or spends without your yes.
  6. It checks everything (Evaluation): about 30 checks that can refuse work, a seven-part publish check and 128 test cases.
  7. It tests before you spend (Experiments): ideas triaged, results judged against a comparison group, and a simulated buyer panel that can only remove weak ideas.
  8. Every result makes the next one better (compounding): rules with confidence levels, a belief ledger changed only by evidence, post-mortems and a Friday growth review.
  9. It runs on its own: 21 scheduled jobs and a 64-step daily growth chain.

32 skills, 21 scheduled jobs, 200+ scripts, 64 daily steps, about 30 checks that can refuse work, 128 test cases passing. In a typical week, at its current settings, it drafts 7 articles, 7 LinkedIn posts, 7 Facebook and Instagram posts with reels, and up to 30 outreach first messages. Refined continuously; every new version comes to you.

Six weeks

Week 1, set it up on your business. Week 2, teach it your voice and your facts. Week 3, set the quality checks. Week 4, put the workflows to work. Week 5, test what works. Week 6, let it run on its own, and earn the title Growth Engineer on a business you've never seen. About five hours a week, live, with a session every Wednesday.

How it compares

We read more than 50 AI marketing programmes in September 2026, including IIM Trichy, ISB, Kellogg, Wharton, INSEAD, Coursera, Udemy, LinkedIn Learning, HubSpot and bootcamps. Most end with a certificate. None measures your own business's results before and after. This one ends with a system still running on your business.

Who it's for

No business yet? Then the business is you: your LinkedIn, portfolio site or consulting offer. Marketers, founders and entrepreneurs who own a number at a real business whose buyers research before they buy: clinics, real estate, training, B2B services and software.
